The Top Management and Staff of RSA also undertake to ensure that all activities are conducted in strict accordance with company-documented process controls and comply with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024.

The Quality Committee will periodically review the performance of the QMS and RSA quality objectives to ensure their effectiveness, continuing relevance, and suitability.

RSA Certification Body is committed to safeguarding impartiality in all of its certification activities. The documented structure, policies, and procedures of the management system have been developed with the objective of ensuring impartiality. This statement is displayed throughout visible areas of the facility and on the RSA Certification Body website: http://www.rsaacademymalaysia.com. It is also made available without request as part of all RSA Certification Body advertising/information literature.

RSA Certification Body's top management, as well as all staff is committed to providing the best quality service possible. Impartiality shall be achieved in every possible aspect in the process of examining and assessing the competency of the candidates. All the probable and potential risks involved have been assessed and are recorded along with their control measures.

All applications shall be vetted, scrutinized, and the candidates shall be assessed fairly. The certifications shall be granted in an impartial manner.

RSA acts impartially in relation to applicants, candidates and certified individual.

RSA Certification Body personnel involved in certification activities shall be informed of the technical scope of Activities only. Under no circumstances shall they be involved in any commercial/financial matters. They shall adhere to their job description, relevant standards and respective regulations when performing their jobs. When referring new clients, they shall not make the referral based on their relationship with RSA Certification Body. They shall be responsible for conducting their jobs in a professional and safe manner, in order to reach a fair and unbiased conclusion on whether the persons they have witnessed are suitable for their continuing performance in their respective fields. RSA Certification Body analyzes, documents, and eliminates any potential conflicts of interest arising from its personnel certification activities. Under no circumstances shall the results of their assessments/judgments be influenced by any internal or external factors. An impartiality committee was formed at RSA Certification Body which meets regularly, and as needed, to review and assess the Risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis. Impartiality is also addressed at management reviews.
